EXPORT PREPARATION GUIDE
What to prepare for your product assessment
Make the private session useful with a clear product profile and current documents.
01
Start with one product
Identify the product and the commercial question you want answered. Prepare a concise description, specifications and photographs of each side of the current packaging.
02
Bring current documents
List available licences, test reports and quality certificates with the holder, scope and expiry date. Separate verified documents from applications still in progress.
03
Make the commercial inputs usable
Prepare your current pricing, manufacturing constraints, typical lead times and target-market ideas. Share sensitive figures only after agreeing confidentiality arrangements.
04
Agree the decision you need
Use the session to prioritize the next 90 days. An assessment is a planning input, not a certification or a guarantee that buyers will place orders.
General preparation guidance, not market-specific legal or regulatory advice.
